October 19, 2011 blog post I just "found" again 9 April 2025 : moved here to edit for essence with much love xo" we were running a little late, so on THIS morning, I forgot to go THROUGH the puddle, which I almost always do, because I know you like it when I do. Less than a week ago you said "pretty" and I smiled and was happy I'd driven slightly to the right to purposefully drive THROUGH the puddle. You see, these things DO matter. They matter to us, and that's all that matters most, but I forgot, so... I decided to remember to pull up this quote I used to have attached to my visor so that whn I put it down to block the sun was reminded:

Zahir - visible, present; incapable of going unnoticed. new word from a book I was reading, seems to fit this event. We flew to CT/RI to surprise Gram for her 75th Birthday and had to stay hidden at Aunt Karen's for nearly 2 whole days!!!
